A Case Report of Cutaneous Low-grade Myofibroblastic Sarcoma in the Neck

Myofibroblastic sarcoma can be classified as low-, intermediate-, and high-grade. Low-grade myofibroblastic (LGMS) is uncommon rarely appears on the skin. LGMS diagnosed based histopathological immunohistochemical findings. Additionally, metastases are rare well. Herein, authors describe a case of cutaneous in neck. To best our knowledge, there no cases regarding neck present existing literature. Surgical resection considered most important treatment for LGMS. Therefore, complete tumor was performed this case. However, another mass uterus identified abdominal computed tomography post-surgery.
